RACING RESI - PERFORMANCE WITHOUT COMPROMISE
The racing exhaust Racing Resi from Posch Performance is developed and manufactured 'made in germany'. It was designed for powerful cylinders such as the Malossi MHR or Quattrini M232/244, suitable for the engine of the Vespa PX200 models.
OBJECTIVE
: MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE
The declared objective during development was to exceed the 40 hp mark. In conjunction with a Malossi MHR cylinder, an exhaust angle of 190 to 195 degrees with a pre-exhaust angle of 27 to 29 degrees is recommended. For concepts such as the Quattrini M244, exhaust angles of 185 to 190 degrees are sufficient.
CHARACTER AND REQUIREMENTSThe character of the exhaust system is significantly sportier compared to the Posch Nessi. The resonance range starts at approx. 6000 rpm, the maximum power is at the rear wheel at 8500 rpm.
However, the pre-resonance range is already very high and therefore easy to use.
In order to crack the 40 hp mark, intake systems with a diaphragm and a carburetor with a diameter of at least 30 mm are mandatory.
ESSENTIALThe exhaust is one of the few systems in this power segment that fits with wide tires and a main stand. The exhaust systems from Posch Performance are made of 1.5 mm thick sheet steel and are of very high quality. Due to the high wall thickness of the material used, the Posch exhaust systems have a muffled and rich sound.
SCOPE OF DELIVERYThe scope of delivery includes a complete exhaust system excluding the rear silencer. The flange plate provides the hole pattern for the standard rear silencers with a bolt circle of Ø54mm. For example, the silencers from Scooter& Service, MR-Parts, MMW fit. Posch exhaust systems are supplied oiled. The exhaust should therefore be treated with heat protection paint before the first ride.
The Posch exhaust systems are available with a larger exhaust flange for the M232 and M244 cylinders from Quattrini.
CONCLUSION: If you are looking for uncompromising, yet easily drivable maximum performance, Posch Performance is more than adequate.
