Note on Quattrini M232/M244

Quattrini cylinders have an oversized exhaust port. For correct, tension-free installation, the cylinder outlet must be slightly reworked (remove oversize). Malossi/VMC are not affected by this.

Fitting instructions

Manifold on cylinder by means of springs; system rubber-mounted - stress-free
Seal both sides of the manifold with O-rings, grease cleanly and align without play
Rear silencer bolted for repacking; regular maintenance ensures a quiet sound
No E-marking - observe national regulations
