Exhaust VMC Evo Racer 52 Ø 32 mm, pressed body - Vespa ET3, PV125 - fits with luggage compartment

Ø 32 mm manifold pressed body for phases ~125/185 wide band, up to ~11,000 rpm* fits with luggage compartment (ET3/PV125) heat-resistant paint finish Made in Italy

Concept

The VMC Evo Racer 52 is a compact resonance exhaust with a pressed body for powerful smallframe setups. The manifold with Ø 32 mm is aimed at 130 cc long-stroke cylinders and offers an agile response with a powerful mid-range and clean revving.

Characteristics

Designed for ~125/185 (overflow/VA) and yet tolerant of wider timing. In common street and sports configurations, the system delivers a full torque curve from the mid-range and - depending on the setup - revs up to the high five-digit range (~11,000 rpm). The sound is reminiscent of classic two-stroke racing engines.

Fit and installation

Designed for Vespa ET3 and PV125 and compatible with side luggage compartment. On PK frames, the partition on the inside can be easily machined to clear the manifold guide. On Primavera up to 1976, the deeper luggage compartment may restrict installation. Installation with fresh exhaust gasket, screw lock and correctly set ground points recommended. Adjust carburetor jetting.

Note on stud bolt spacing

Suitable for cylinders with 52-56 mm stud spacing at the exhaust. The manifold is designed for Ø 32 mm.
