The silver V2 deliberately focuses on visible metal rather than visual restraint. Machining marks, pockets, contours and transitions remain clearly visible, giving the fork link the character of a genuine Factory component. Especially on exposed Custom Vespas, sporty GTS projects or extensively refined Sprint and Primavera builds, the fork link becomes a real highlight at the front end.
V2 – consistently developed further
The second generation has been completely revised in terms of construction and appearance. Instead of a visually heavy, solid form, the V2 features a much more extensively machined structure with generous cut-outs and clearly defined webs. Different machining depths create a three-dimensional technical surface and give the fork link its unmistakable Racing aesthetic.
Viewed from the side, it becomes particularly clear how consistently the design has been reduced to the essentials. Material remains where the construction requires it, while large CNC-machined pockets and openings reveal the technical structure. The result looks less like a standard production component and more like a part that could have come directly from a Racing workshop.
CNC precision designed to be seen
The fork link is CNC-machined from high-strength aluminium. Instead of visually concealing the machining process, TR Factory makes it part of the design. Fine parallel tool marks, precisely machined radii and sharply defined contours extend across the entire construction.
The silver finish highlights these details particularly well. Light reflects differently across the machined surfaces, creating changing reflections depending on the viewing angle. This gives the V2 a technical, premium and exceptionally exclusive appearance – ideal for a scooter where the suspension itself forms part of the Custom concept.
Attention to detail right down to the wheel axle
The extensively machined wheel axle is an integral part of the construction and underlines the uncompromising technical character. The new product images also show the integrated bearing and precisely machined mounting areas.
The CNC-machined axle covers deserve particular attention. Their deep machining structures and radially arranged recesses continue the design language of the entire fork link. Together with the integrated TR Factory emblem, they create a cohesive appearance in which even screws and covers look like deliberately designed components rather than merely necessary hardware.
Ready for Brake Cooling
At TR Factory, Performance does not end with appearance. The fork link features two integrated M6 threads spaced 38 mm apart for mounting a suitable brake cooling system or air guide. This allows the front end to be developed even further in a Racing direction, both visually and functionally.
A suitable air scoop or brake cooling component is not included and can be added separately.
Silver – pure CNC look
No colour distracts from the construction: in silver, the mechanical aesthetics of the V2 take centre stage. The bright metallic surfaces emphasise every machined contour and work equally well with classic Vespa colours, modern dark finishes and highly technical Custom builds.
Combined with forged or CNC-machined wheels, CNC wheel hubs, high-quality brake components or additional TR Factory parts, the fork link can form the basis of a consistent Factory look around the front end. It is not simply another detail – it becomes one of the defining elements of the entire front suspension.
