CASA PERFORMANCE CNC Forklinks with Antidive for Lambretta S1-GP
The CNC forklink kit, which is the result of Casa Performance 's outstanding victories and experience on European race tracks, significantly improves handling. The parts are fully CNC-machined and offer absolute precision in operation.
The forklinks fit all Lambretta S1 + S2 + TV2 + S3 + TV3 + Special + SX + DL + Serveta equipped with an anti-dive front brake without any modification. These links do not have the pin that holds the hub in position and are therefore not compatible with the original drum or disc brake systems.
The new design of the front axle guarantees high precision and easy installation thanks to the revised profile. Roller bearings and precision-ground bushes fix the joints to the fork, reducing play and friction to an absolute minimum. The wheel axle is clamped, as on high-end sports motorcycles, a solution that allows no tension to be applied to any part of the suspension, ensuring smooth and homogeneous operation.
Another solution taken from racing is the screw for adjusting the spring preload. This is accessible while the engine is running and allows the spring preload to be adjusted by 10 mm.
GP / DL spring guide rods and loose balls are used for the CNC forklinks.
