with E-registrationModern LED headlight in the classic 5 3/4-inch format (Ø144 mm) for right-hand traffic, with E-approval, high light output, and low power consumption. The low beam produces 1,200 lumens at just 18 watts, while the high beam produces 1,000 lumens at 20 watts. The main lighting is supplemented by an integrated daytime running light/parking light.
With a color temperature of 6,000 Kelvin, the headlight produces a clear, daylight-white light, setting it apart from the warm, yellowish light of a classic halogen bulb.

The color temperature of 6000 Kelvin is significantly higher than that of a classic halogen bulb, which typically reaches about 3000 to 3200 K. As a result, the light appears much whiter and more modern.
A typical 12-V halogen headlight bulb rated at 35/35 watts serves as a good comparison. A high-quality HS1 bulb in this power class, for example, produces approximately 520 lumens in low beam and 820 lumens in high beam.
| Function | LED Headlights | 35-W halogen, typical comparison value | Classification |
|---|---|---|---|
| Low beam | 1,200 lm / 18 W | approx. 520 lm / 35 W | Approx. 2.3 times the luminous flux with approx. 49% less power consumption |
| High beams | 1,000 lm / 20 W | approx. 820 lm / 35 W | Approx. 22% more luminous flux with approx. 43% less power consumption |
The difference is particularly noticeable with the low beams: With 1,200 lumens, the LED headlight delivers more than twice the luminous flux of a typical 35-W halogen bulb while consuming only 18 watts.
For high beams, 1,000 lumens are available at 20 watts. Here, too, the luminous flux exceeds that of a typical 35-W halogen bulb, while power consumption remains significantly lower.
A key advantage of LED technology is its high luminous efficacy. While a conventional 35-W lamp requires its full electrical power, this headlight operates on just 18 watts in low beam and 20 watts in high beam.
Compared to 35 watts, this represents a reduction in power consumption of approximately 49% in low beam and 43% in high beam. This creates additional electrical reserve, which is particularly beneficial for older vehicles with limited alternator output.
In addition to low beam and high beam, the headlight features an integrated daytime running light/parking light function. This combines the most important lighting functions into a single compact LED unit.
Suitable connection adapters are available for Vespa PX models with electric starters. This allows the LED headlight to be connected to the vehicle’s existing electrical system without requiring a major rewiring of the wiring harness. In addition, a mounting frame suitable for the Vespa PX is available. The corresponding adapters and mounting parts can be found in the accessories section of the product listing.

The LED headlight combines high luminous flux with low power consumption. The low beam, in particular, offers a significantly higher light output—1,200 lumens at just 18 watts—than a traditional H4/HS1, 35W halogen solution.
The daylight-white 6000 K light color, the design for right-hand traffic, the E-approval, the integrated daytime running/parking lights, and the available mounting and connection solutions for the Vespa PX make this headlight an attractive upgrade. With a diameter of 144 mm, it can also be mounted in the matching headlight ring of the Vespa Rally and Sprint.
