Polini 360° diaphragm intake manifold for Vespa PX, T5 and Cosa - Ø34 mm connection for Ø28-30 mm carburetor

Suitable for all engine case variants of large frame engines such as the Vespa Sprint, Rally, PX, Cosa.
Has a sprue and therefore a smaller passage to fit on engine cases with a small sealing surface (T5 and PX80-150, with less than 60 mm sealing surface, measured between the holes for the carburettor mounting screws).

The newly added sealing surface inside the connection piece forms a strong flow edge, on cases with a long sealing surface we recommend milling the inside of the connection piece. Alternatively, we recommend the EVO1 intake manifold from MMW.

As with all conversions to a diaphragm-controlled intake, the original rotary valve control via the crank web is no longer required. This means that the engine housing can and should be milled (for an optimum increase in performance). An optional crankshaft for diaphragm intake is recommended for a further increase in engine performance.

  • Inlet rubber infinitely adjustable 360°
  • Good insulation of the carburetor against engine heat
  • Low installation height
  • Rubberized, self-sealing diaphragm body with 0.3 mm carbon plates
  • Cover for the oil pump hole
  • Suitable for engine housings with short or long sealing surface

Attention: For installation, it is necessary to screw two brass threaded bushes (enclosed) into the holes of the carburetor fastening screws of the engine housing. The connecting piece itself is fastened to the engine housing with two M5 hexagon socket screws.
