The Lambretta Junior models J50, J100 and J125 use independent small engines with 3-speed gearboxes and classic fan cooling. The Lui series - including the Lui 50, 75, 75S and 75SL - also relies on simple 2-stroke engines, combined with a lightweight frame and a minimalist Bertone design. Both series have specific assemblies for the engine, brakes, electrics and fairing parts. Technical features of the Junior and Lui models
The Junior series combines independent Innocenti small engines with a clear gearshift mechanism and a lightweight frame design. The Lui models are even more reduced and follow a radically simple concept: minimized fairing, very compact engine and an extremely low center of gravity. Both series do not use components from the larger LI, TV or SX lines, but their own platforms. This ensures a clear parts architecture that makes maintenance and restoration easy to plan.
