Black drop-shaped aluminum mudguard fin for classic Vespa smallframe and largeframe models.
The drop-shaped CIF mudguard nipple is a classic decorative part for the front mudguard of many Vespa models. The aluminum version has a black satin finish and is therefore particularly well suited to vehicles with dark add-on parts, black tread strips or a reduced Black Edition body. With a hole spacing of 90 mm and a length of 165 mm, the fin is based on the later teardrop shape used on many smallframe, largeframe and Motovespa models.
The mudguard fin is a small but very visible detail on the front of the Vespa. On restored vehicles, this component in particular often determines whether the mudguard looks complete and coherent. The black CIF version retains the classic teardrop shape, but visually sets a darker accent than the silver or matt standard look.
The existing hole spacing and the shape of the mudguard are decisive for installation. This version has a hole spacing of 90 mm and a length of 165 mm.
Depending on the year of manufacture, market version and restoration work already carried out, mudguards may have been replaced or holes may have been changed. Please always check the existing hole spacing on the mudguard before fitting. On models where the mudguard nipple was not fitted as standard, it can be used as an optical accessory, provided the mudguard and hole pattern match.

Before painting or final assembly, the mudguard nipple should be test-fitted to the vehicle. Especially with newly painted mudguards, repro mudguards or already drilled old parts, please do not force the holes, but check the fit carefully.
