Black while silent. Red when it matters. The POWER1 LED tail light transforms the rear of the Vespa with an effect that really comes alive in the contrast between switched off and illuminated. Behind the dark tinted lens, the lighting technology almost completely disappears from view. Only when switched on does the distinctive red LED light signature emerge.
Combined with the gloss black tail light surround, it creates an almost completely dark unit. Instead of conventional red tail light styling, the unlit appearance is dominated by a deep black, smooth surface that gives the rear a more modern, minimalist and distinctly individual character.
Dark when off – unmistakable when on
The images clearly show what makes this tail light special: when switched off, only the outlines of the internal lighting elements remain visible behind the heavily tinted cover. This allows the tail light to integrate particularly discreetly with dark components and black custom concepts.
Once illuminated, its character changes completely. The red LED lighting creates a distinctive light signature within the black housing. A broad, geometrically shaped red light contour appears around the outside, while the two central illuminated sections emphasise the characteristic split design.
Gloss black instead of the standard look
The tinted lens is not the only feature responsible for the distinctive appearance. The surrounding tail light frame is finished in gloss black as well. This avoids a strong visual break between the frame and the light itself, making both sections appear as one coherent unit.
On the cleanly styled rear of the Vespa Primavera and Sprint in particular, a tail light can change the entire visual character of the scooter. The POWER1 design holds back on colour and instead focuses on shape, depth and light. The result is deliberately consistent: less visible tail light, more black surface.
LED lighting with its own signature
The real eye-catcher only reveals itself when the light is switched on. The intense red illumination shines through the dark cover, creating a powerful contrast with the surrounding black surfaces. Clearly separated illuminated sections give the tail light a technical, modern appearance and add an individual character to the rear of the Vespa after dark.

One detail that can transform the entire rear end
Black mirrors, dark wheels, black trim or other Black Edition components work particularly well when a prominent red standard tail light no longer interrupts the visual line. This is exactly where the tinted POWER1 unit comes into its own.
The effect also works exceptionally well with light or vibrant paint colours, where the black tail light creates a deliberate contrast and provides a clearly defined finish to the rear. It can therefore become part of a complete black custom concept or work as a distinctive standalone accent.

The dark appearance does not mean turning the Vespa into a show-only machine. The POWER1 LED tail light features E-mark approval and is therefore approved for legal use on public roads.
This makes it possible to give the rear of the scooter a significantly different appearance without having to resort to a light intended exclusively for racing or show use.

A good custom detail does not have to shout all the time. When unlit, the POWER1 LED tail light presents a dark, almost mysterious appearance and only makes its statement when the light comes on.
