BGM pull starter for Piaggio moped/moped

The pull starter set from BGM is made of high-quality CNC machined aluminium
and anodized black.

The set consists of:

• Base plate for the cable starter

• 3 stud bolts
• Marker nut made of steel with M8x1.25 thread (Vario)
  with a weight of only approx. 26gr
• 3 screws M6x20 black coated
• 3 spring washers M6
• 3 screws M5x12 black coated
• 1 threaded bolt for original Piaggio or Malossi housing
• 1 threaded bolt for Polini Speedengine or Evolutionengine
• 1 Rope starter cast aluminum black housing

The stud bolts are mounted so that the collar rests against the frame.
Depending on the side fairing used, the stud bolt can simply be underlaid with a body washer to generate sufficient clearance.

The cable starter is mounted to the base plate using the three M5 screws.

The three M6 screws with the spring washers are used to attach the
base plate to the previously mounted stud bolts.

The nuts for the cable starter are available in 4 versions:

M8 for Vario -> BGM7608V
M8 for Mono -> BGM7608M
M10 for Vario -> BGM7610V
M10 for Mono -> BGM7610M

Adjustments may be necessary when mounting on vehicles of the SI series with CVT drive.
