The Rollersack is the perfect way to transport your luggage safely and comfortably in the step-through. In collaboration with Sabine Raper, the developer and manufacturer of the (R)ollersack original, we commissioned a renowned bag manufacturer based in Germany to produce a small series of the scooter bag.

Sabine initially developed the scooter bag for herself so that she could ride to scooter meetings comfortably and relaxed with all the luggage she needed. To this end, Sabine developed a modular system that can be expanded as required depending on the intended use. Thanks to its lashing options, the scooter bag adapts to different Vespa models and can hold a lot of luggage when stowed intelligently.

We offer the standard version of the scooter bag with three additional add-on pockets. The differences between the (R)oller bag (handmade in Dortmund) and the scooter bag by SC can be found in the details. The original plastic straps have been replaced by rubber straps, the back and bottom are reinforced with foam instead of artificial leather as in the handmade version.

FAQ

Is the bag also waterproof?
The material of the bag is waterproof, but wherever there are seams or straps, the needle has naturally left holes in the material. The material can therefore be described as water-repellent. You can treat it with conventional waterproofing spray before using it for the first time, or additionally seal the seams from the inside with a PU adhesive. For better protection against moisture, it is advisable to pack really important items individually or rolled up in plastic bags for safety.

Cleaning and care
Please do not put your scooter bag in the washing machine! As the inside is coated, excessive creasing can damage/wear out the material in the long term, even though it is very robust. You can rinse the scooter bag in the shower with a mild detergent and, if possible, you should hang it up for storage. It must of course be dry before it is packed away.

Important! The scooter bag is merely a cover for your luggage. You are responsible for lashing it securely to the scooter, protecting your paintwork and ensuring optimum weight distribution.

The scooter bag was primarily developed for Vespa scooters. When used on a Lambretta, there may be space problems with the additional left-hand bag.
