Original fuel pump for Royal Alloy GP 125-300, TG 125-300, JPS 125-300 and GT. The assembly is installed inside the fuel tank and supplies the fuel required by the injection system. It is designed as a complete, vehicle-specific replacement for the standard pump assembly.
The component consists of an elongated pump module with a round tank flange. The fuel connection and electrical connector are located in the upper section of the unit and are integrated directly into the assembly. This combines the essential interfaces of the fuel pump into a single complete module.
The circular upper flange features several evenly distributed mounting holes as well as additional positioning and mounting elements. A continuous sealing surface is located between the flange and the fuel tank. The design is matched to the corresponding mounting position in the Royal Alloy fuel tank.
Below the flange, the pump body extends deep into the tank. The internal electrical connection is visible through the red and black wiring routed along the side of the unit. The upper section also incorporates the vehicle-specific electrical connector.
A large, flat intake element is located at the lower end of the module. Its position at the end of the elongated pump body places the intake area deep inside the fuel tank. The intake element is an integral part of the complete pump assembly.
The fuel pump is an original Royal Alloy spare part intended to replace the corresponding standard unit. If problems occur with the fuel supply, a professional diagnosis should be carried out before replacement, as the electrical supply, connectors, fuel lines and other components of the injection system may also be possible causes of a malfunction.
Before carrying out work on the fuel system, the vehicle must be secured appropriately. During installation, particular attention should be paid to the sealing surface on the tank, the mounting points, the fuel connection and the electrical connector. Work on the fuel system should be carried out professionally.
