Pressed sheet metal side cover set for Vespa SS180 (VSC1T)

A pair of side covers in the very best reproduction quality. The side covers are pressed. There is nothing handmade on them. To show the great quality, the hoods are delivered oiled. The fit and build quality are superb. Definitely the first choice for any complete restoration.

Tip: The side covers of the SS180 are almost identical to those of the Rally 180/200 and TS125 models. The SS180 jaws are only approx. 10 mm wider than those of the Rally/TS models. Furthermore, original SS180 side covers have holes for trim strips. These holes have not yet been drilled in the repro side covers.

Another tip: We recommend assembling the scooter in its unfinished state before painting, a so-called dry-build. This allows any necessary adjustments to be carried out quickly and easily without damaging the new paintwork. This makes assembling the freshly painted parts twice as much fun!

NOTE: Unpainted item with transport primer. We recommend removing this before painting. Scratches in the primer do not constitute a defect.
