Original PIAGGIO (NOS) speedometer for Vespa V50 Special (trapezoid headlight).

A very special piece of jewelry we have found with this very rare original Piaggio/Veglia speedometer. This one has a miles / MPH scale which goes up to 50mph (=80km/h). The speedometers are partly externally dirty. Specifically, the loose enclosed sealing rubber, which is mounted between the speedometer and steering head, has stuck to the speedometer glass over the years. However, with a little patience, cleaning is not a problem.
