FAQ - Frequently asked questions about the swingarm bearing set

Noticeable play in the swingarm mount, rumbling noises, unsteady steering or brake flutter. Visual inspection: damaged sealing lips/o-rings, corrosion at the bearing points.
Recommended yes. Alternatively, use suitable insertion/extraction tools. Important: Set bearings parallel, do not tilt, do not damage seals.
Fill the needle roller bearing with high-quality roller bearing grease, lightly grease the O-/V-rings. Insert the bearing flush/parallel, apply the locking cramps completely. Check the steering tube for free movement.
It is designed for the late single-sided swingarm generation (from ~1984). Please compare the specified dimensions (bolt Ø 16 mm, length 56 mm, bearing outer Ø 22 mm) with the existing fork/swingarm position.

Good quality but one problem
everything good except the retaining clips are made from mild steel. They should be spring steel.
