ALTERNATIVE:
On the Vespa models that still have a split steering head cover made of sheet metal, the gas roller does not fit. Here we recommend the use of a component from the automatic sector. The Piaggio vehicles up to about 1998 used a so-called gas cable splitter. This splits the main train into gas and oil pump train. This part has a stroke shortening integrated. So this part, also called throttle cable splitter, can replace the role of a short-stroke throttle handle hidden in the frame.
