Better control, no oily fingers: This MOTO NOSTRA oil pan replaces the original Piaggio part and allows you to check the oil level directly via a high-quality sight glass – no dipstick needed. Especially on the GTS HPE from 2019 onwards, the dipstick is often fiddly, inaccurate or simply impractical. With the integrated Ganter sight glass, a quick look before the ride tells you whether the oil level is okay or needs topping up.
The Ganter sight glass is temperature-resistant up to 180 °C, securely bonded and locked in place with a counter nut. This eliminates common issues with similar products where the glass could come loose during operation.
Available in matt or glossy black – includes gasket and screw head caps.
Note on checking oil level:
The Vespa must be perfectly upright when checking the oil level – just 6 mm of tilt can make the difference between MIN and MAX.
Important:
Piaggio has changed the hole spacing on the oil pan within this model range. Please check the distance between the two rear bolts (see oil pan gasket in accessories) to ensure compatibility.
