Additional air filter for the frame hole on Vespa Largeframe with SI carburetor

Additional air filter in the frame hole SIL-TECH PERFORMANCE Vespa PX80-200 and Largeframe Oldies with SI carburetor.

If a Venturi intake funnel is fitted to Largeframe Vespas, the standard air filter is no longer required. The tuning supplier SIL-TECH from Italy now offers an additional air filter for the frame hole on the Largeframe models so that the intake hose can still be used. This results in a significantly quieter intake noise with a retained filter function.

The filter element must be dismantled for installation (2 and 3 mm hexagon socket required!), the seat and tank must be removed, then the oval filter housing is inserted into the frame intake hose opening, the intake hose is refitted - done! The inserted filter element can be removed for cleaning by unscrewing just two of the six hexagon socket screws. English/Italian installation instructions are included with the filter.
