Ready-to-mount tire set consisting of the first-class BGM Pro Sport tire with a speed index S (approved up to 180km/h) and a load index of 50 (190kg per tire) as well as the exclusive BGM Pro alloy rim*.

TYRES
The specially matched material mix with a high silica compound ensures excellent grip in dry and wet conditions. The extremely stable carcass ensures perfect directional stability and excellent line stability when cornering at speed. Usually, tires are simply pressed into shape from a single layer of rubber. The bgm tires are much more complex in production and consist of several layers to create the perfect tire that meets the highest requirements and has the highest speed approval on the market.
RIM
The solid aluminum rim from BGM PRO made by FA.Italia saves approx. 600 grams compared to an original PX steel rim. Added to this is a weight saving of approx. 370 grams due to the tube no longer being required. The unsprung masses are thus reduced by almost one kilogram per axle. The chassis response is noticeably improved.
SAFETY
Thanks to a double "hump" in the rim well, the tire is always securely guided in the rim. Similar to the latest runflat technology in the automotive sector, the air can slowly escape if a foreign object (nail or similar) is inserted without the tire slipping into the rim well. The vehicle thus comes to a controlled stop. The rim has recesses between the mounting points. Brake cooling is improved.

The track offset is 2.5 millimetres on the left-hand side. Mounting on both axles equalizes the track offset. This is not noticeable when driving.
The delivery includes six closed high cap nuts (chrome-plated, SW12) and a screwed-in metal valve (M8x1.25mm).
NOTES
The rim does not have a test mark and is not road legal.
The tire pressure must be checked before the first ride and adjusted to suit the vehicle.
Guide values (orig. Piaggio):
Front wheel: 1.25 - 1.30 bar
Rear wheel: 1.75 - 2.00 bar (solo)
Rear wheel: 2.00 - 2.30 bar (with luggage or in pairs)
Maximum permitted tire pressure: 41 psi (2.8 bar)
Tightening torque of wheel nuts: 20Nm crosswise
*(the wheel/tire combination can of course also be used on all vehicles whose required index values are lower than specified above, e.g. 51J).
