Interview about the book "A Life in Lambretta" by Dean Orton - The Story of a Professional Mod
If you're part of the Lambretta world, the names Dean Orton, Rimini Lambretta Centre and Casa Performance should ring a bell. Now our friend Dean has published a book that tells the story of his move to Italy as a young English mod and how he founded the famous scooter store there. The book covers his time in Italy from 1992 to 2020, when he left the RLC. We had the opportunity to take a look inside in advance and completely agree with Eddie Piller (Acid Jazz Records and also a top mod): The book is simply "bloody brilliant!" and an absolute must-read.
