TOURING
Tuning cylinder head completely milled from a solid piece of aluminum for Malossi 210 MHR and Sport. Both cylinders (variants with 2 piston rings) can be ridden with this head with 60 mm long stroke without the need for a gasket. The old Malossi 210 can also be ridden with this head (squeeze is approx. 0.15 mm larger)
This head is perfect for light to medium-power engines up to around 30 hp. Ideal for street engines with SIP Road, BGM BigBox, SIP Performance, RZ Evo, PM exhaust, JL etc. The head has an integrated stroke compensation for a crankshaft with 60 mm stroke.
Significantly enlarged cooling surface thanks to cooling fins on both sides and full-surface air flow. Modern combustion chamber design with optimum power output and extremely low susceptibility to ringing. Milled completely from the solid. No casting blowholes or broken heads (not a special case!). Manufactured for spark plugs with long thread (we recommend Bosch W3CC). Straight center plug. Sealing to the cylinder with supplied O-ring. No more problems with leaking head and secondary air.
Lovingly produced in small series. Naturally completely made in Germany.

Please note:
The original cylinder cover must be machined slightly for the cylinder head. However, this can be done in 5 minutes with a side cutter. The spark plug hole must be widened slightly and some space must be created at the air outlet for the larger cooling fins.
