The Malossi cylinder kit with Ø63 mm bore and 183 cc displacement is a high-end component for modern liquid-cooled 4-stroke engines. It impresses with premium materials and precise machining. The cylinder is made from a high-strength primary aluminum alloy with hardened silicon content and features a nickel-silicon carbide coating for maximum durability.
Manufactured on CNC-controlled machines with extremely tight tolerances. Heat dissipation surfaces have been optimized for improved performance. The ultra-compact piston is made from a special aluminum alloy and tin-plated for optimal glide properties. Three high-performance piston rings with different profiles ensure maximum sealing and stability – including a nitrided compression ring and a three-piece oil control ring.
