Quattrini M1XL - 172 cc reed cylinder for Vespa PX
Direct-suction tuning cylinder from Italian tuning guru Max Quattrini for Vespa Largeframe engines.
To start with: the most powerful kit for the PX 125/150 engines. As you would expect in this performance class, you will find a nikasil-coated aluminum cylinder. Thanks to the 62 mm bore, you can achieve a displacement of 172 cc with just a 57 mm stroke. M1XL is supplied with fuel directly via the cylinder, just like the legendary TS1. The diaphragm case is screwed directly onto the cylinder and the housing inlet is closed. Six generously dimensioned transfer ports and a large exhaust form the basic layout of the cylinder.
The stable piston is fitted with two thin piston rings. With the right peripherals, 24 hp is possible over a wide rev range.
The large four-valve diaphragm and the matching intake are included in the scope of delivery.
