AF RB20 cylinder kit 200 ccm for Lambretta
Bore 66 mm, stroke 58 mm, nikasil-coated aluminum cylinder for all small engine cases with 125-175 ccm displacement. With a standard stroke of 58 mm, you already have 200 ccm displacement. And that on the small block. Timing: Exhaust 190°, transfer port 128°, intake diaphragm-controlled, advance 31°.
Although the RB20 is nominally the smallest kit in the RB series in terms of displacement, it has a very large cylinder layout. The reed intake with Boyesen port has three boost ports. The exhaust port is in one piece. This offers significantly more room for further tuning measures than the RB22 and RB25 kits. In these kits, the secondary outlets limit further work on the exhaust.
The piston used is the RD piston familiar from the GT 186 kit. Here, however, with a 66 mm diameter. The two steel rings are 1.2 mm thick. The compression height is 30 mm, so a connecting rod with a length of 116 mm must be installed.
In addition to the cylinder, cylinder head and piston, the scope of delivery also includes the diaphragm and intake manifold.
