Exhaust cover -PREMIUM- bent, galvanized (Ø 20 mm)
The PREMIUM exhaust cover is a classic detail for standard exhaust systems: it is simply pushed onto the tailpipe and fixed in place with a screw. The effect is not "more power", but cleaner exhaust routing - the exhaust gases are directed away from the rear wheel and the scooter looks more harmonious. This makes a small but noticeable difference in everyday use, especially with classic sheet metal and near-original setups.

Concept and area of application
Many standard exhaust systems blow directly towards the rear wheel. This not only looks "unfinished", it also ensures that exhaust gases and oil mist are deposited more quickly on the tire and rim, depending on the setup. The curved exhaust cover deflects the exhaust jet in a targeted manner and at the same time gives the rear a more classic look.
Important: The part is deliberately designed as a cover. It does not change the exhaust in terms of tuning and does not lead to any increase in performance.
Installation and attachment
Slide on instead of converting: The cover is pushed onto the tailpipe (suitable for Ø 20 mm).
Fastening with a screw: An M6 x 20 screw is required for fastening (see accessories).
Practical tip: Clean the tailpipe, align the cover and only then tighten it. This ensures a clean fit and prevents twisting.
Technical features
- Design: Exhaust cover, curved
- Surface: galvanized
- Pipe diameter (internal dimension): Ø 20 mm
- Length: 180 mm
- Fastening: Clamping screw, M6 x 20 is additionally required (accessory)
- Note: no increase in performance, purely for exhaust routing and appearance
Advantages in practice
Exhaust gases are routed away from the rear wheel - helpful against dirt on the tire and rim.
Classic look at the rear: tailpipe looks cleanly finished.
Simple installation without modification to the system - suitable for many Vespa Classic standard exhaust systems.

Note: The dimension of the tailpipe is decisive. Fits almost all Vespa classic series exhaust systems with Ø 20 mm tailpipe.
Conclusion
The PREMIUM exhaust cover is an uncomplicated detail for classic standard exhaust systems: slide on, align, fix with a screw. No tuning statement, but clean exhaust routing away from the rear wheel and a visually harmonious finish on the tailpipe.
