Optimized internal structure For series and mild tuning Early torque Plug-and-play Near-series box look Moderate volume
This LTH box has a different internal design and supports near-stock PX125 engines and mild tuning setups particularly well. It delivers early torque, clean pulling power in everyday use and smooth power delivery on city and country roads. Ideal if the original characteristics are to be retained, but with a little more power and reserves.
The adapted internal routing promotes scavenging with close-to-production timing. This eliminates the need for high exhaust angles and complex machining. The result: willing revving up to the upper mid-range, pleasant background noise and noticeably more thrust from the lower and mid-range compared to the standard exhaust. Compared to the open LTH version, the focus is clearly on everyday use and tractability.
Works very well with a close-to-stock gear ratio and original 20/20 carburetor. Proper jetting is mandatory; if necessary, adjust the main jet moderately and check the spark plug pattern. Excessively long primary ratios reduce acceleration.
Plug-and-play at the original mounting points. Ensure stress-free installation and tight connections. Retighten screw connections after 50 to 100 kilometers. For stable results, align the sealing surfaces cleanly and use a fresh sealing ring on the cylinder neck.
