Special exhaust manifold to install a banana exhaust of the Vespa Primavera and ET3 models on a modern PK engine.

PROBLEM
The mounting hole for the muffler is a little deeper on PK models. Therefore the original PV/ET3 manifold for the banana cannot be used for mounting.

SOLUTION & PERFORMANCE
The exhaust manifold from MR Parts & Style allows the easy mounting of the exhaust due to its special design. Either a banana exhaust to a PK125 or a PK125 engine with banana in an older vehicle (V50, Primavera/ET3) can be used. In addition, with a Ø30mm cross section, it offers more flow.
The engine can breathe more freely and generates more torque/power.

MATERIAL
The stainless steel used keeps the manifold beautiful and ready for use.

• This manifold is made for cylinders from 121ccm upwards
• With this manifold the engine power & torque can be increased

MONTAGE
When using an ET3 banana on a PK engine, the small nose of the mounting plate for the exhaust must be removed. This can easily be done with a file in 2 minutes.

Note
The manifold is adapted to the Sito/Faco & Piaggio banana. With exhaust systems from other manufacturers, adjustment work may be necessary. If a banana exhaust is to be used on a Vespa PK, further measures, such as modifying the frame sheet metal under the right side flap, are necessary.
