BGM PRO BigBox TOURING - Box exhaust system for Vespa PK 125 and Motovespa 125 / PK75 S / PK75 Junior

Touring box with close-to-production look and moderate acoustics. Designed for powerful early torque and a wide, easily usable rev range. Suitable for Italian PK 125 as well as Motovespa 125 and the Spanish PK75 S / PK75 Junior.

Touring layout: early, high torque and wider usable range
Harmonizes with PK series 125 cc engines and common 125cc tuning setups (e.g. Polini 133)

Small cylinder diameter - not suitable for this 125 cc version
Recommendation: BGM1050PK (50-cc version)

Fitting and tuning

Installation without modifications to the PK 125 frame or engine housing
Manifold can be detached using tension springs; body can be removed separately
Sealing compound at the manifold/body transition keeps the connection permanently clean
Initially select slightly richer carburetor tuning (+2 - +4 main jet sizes), finally check according to spark plug pattern/AFR
