The Newline exhaust generation developed by Scooter + Services and completely handcrafted in Hamburg combines touring qualities with sporting ambitions and is therefore virtually the all-rounder among Vespa racing exhaust systems.

The Newline systems work both with unmachined Malossi 210 sports cylinders with short timing (from approx. 178°/25° advance) and with powerful Malossi MHR cylinder kits with large cross-sections (up to approx. 192°/31° advance) - performance values of over 30 hp with still broadband power delivery are easily possible with the corresponding overall setup.
Even on plugged Quattrini M232/M244 setups, the Newline delivers very everyday characteristics with plenty of torque and a wide power band.
For all Vespa tuning concepts where everyday and touring suitability are the main focus, we recommend the noise-insulated Newline S or Newline S PLUS systems.

S

stands for Silent - the revolutionary development in the Vespa racing exhaust sector from Scooter + Service! Hardly distinguishable from the normal Newline exhaust systems from the outside, the "S" models impress with their significantly reduced noise development - with a PX 200 engine with over 20 hp, a 28 mm Keihin PWK carburettor and Malossi cylinder, we achieve the noise values required by the TÜV both when stationary and when driving past without any problems, which was previously not possible with a Sito Plus, SIP Road or other exhaust systems. This quantum leap is made possible by the multi-walled construction with additional internal insulation made of high-temperature-resistant insulating material from the automotive sector. The power delivery of the "S" exhaust systems impresses with its early onset and broadband, touring-friendly characteristics - a clear gain for all engines in the class up to 25 hp.


Vespa racing exhaust PX Newline S PLUS
The S PLUS internal insulation is perfectly suited for Vespa tuning concepts up to approx. 23 hp rear wheel power. The noise level of a rotary valve-controlled Vespa PX 200 engine with over 20 hp is almost the same as that of an original engine with an S PLUS-insulated exhaust - the S PLUS systems support the engine's torque perfectly even from the lowest engine speeds and make this system the best choice for touring engines.

Rear silencer
The exhaust is manufactured for use with Scooter and Service rear silencers. This is of very high quality and reduces the noise level to a minimum. Alternatively, other silencers can also be used. The mounting flange for the silencer has the so-called PM hole stitch (Ø46-47 mm). Please note that an inner diameter of the hole pipe other than Ø25mm can affect the performance, noise and temperature of the engine (a hole pipe that is too small can cause the engine to overheat).
