Production and material

Material selection according to Malossi standards, systematically checked and rigorously tested.
Finishing on CNC machines, followed by hardening at 900°C.
Dimensions and quality are checked on Zeiss 3D measuring machines.
Contact surfaces ground and provided with oil pockets for better lubrication.

Assembly instructions

Remove motor, drain gear oil, separate housing. Mark screw positions (different lengths).
Use a new gasket during assembly.
Check shift claw and replace if necessary: Art. 6716260B.
After fitting the gears, check the play: 0.10-0.15 mm. If necessary, use shims: Art. 1918908.
Replace the fixing nut with the Malossi nut.
