MRP adapter for RD350/VForce diaphragms on Malossi VR-One

With this CNC-milled adapter, a Yamaha RD350 reed valve or the matching VForce reed valve can be used in the Malossi VR-One reed valve box. The adapter is simply screwed onto the Malossi VR-One engine housing together with the Malossi reed box using the screws supplied. The RD350 diaphragm then fits into the box and all RD350 intake manifold upper parts can be installed.

Scope of delivery:

• CNC-milled aluminum adapter
• All required screws

Attention: Only suitable with the Malossi VR-One engine case and the diaphragm case supplied with this engine case. Ideal for people who want to switch to this engine case and already have an RD350 intake manifold or want to (continue to) use a VForce reed valve.

The rubber intake manifold supplied by Malossi can no longer be fitted with this adapter!

Please note: The RD diaphragm and the upper part of the RD intake manifold must be ground down a little at the front corner. Unfortunately, this cannot be avoided as the position of the Malossi diaphragm box is fixed and the diaphragm must of course be positioned centrally. However, this can be done in 1 minute with a file.
