This cylinder is a cast blank, without piston and without head.
It comes from an attempt to replicate the original Vespa SS180 cylinder. The casting as such as well as the positioning of the channels in the cylinder is ok, but the cylinder was already unnecessarily cast as Big Bore by the manufacturer. It must therefore be re-ground to size with an oversize piston (63.9mm, piston see accessories)

Furthermore, the threads for the attachment of the inlet are cut partially obliquely so that the hole pattern of the intake manifold would have to be widened or individually adapted. Also the outer cylinder diameter of 72mm is a bit too big for the original engine housing which has a diameter of 71,90mm.
The stud holes are bigger than the original cylinder, the centering pin is 6,5mm too big for the 6mm bore in the moor housing.

The cylinder certainly offers a nice base for technically gifted screwdrivers. The cylinder has enough wall thickness to be driven with a modified PX200 piston. All further shortcomings are certainly no obstacle in skilful hands in order not to make a strong cylinder out of them. Anyway, it's better than equipping an SS180 with a PX200 engine anyway...

The scope of delivery only includes the pure cylinder without any attachments.
