Stefano Benelli transmission parts rightly enjoy a very good reputation in the racing scene.
If you are looking for reliable racing technology for your gearbox, you will find it here.
Hardened to an average of 60 HRC, Benelli parts offer the perfect balance of sufficient hardness and the necessary elasticity to withstand the enormous loads in a racing engine.
Benelli offers a reinforced primary kit for the Smallframe engines. Reinforced shock absorber springs are used here to cope with the high torque of a revised engine. Unlike the original springs, these no longer go on block. This means that the springs are not completely compressed but still have sufficient spring travel. This means that load peaks are no longer transferred to the transmission and the components are protected despite the higher engine output. The primary kit is supplied ready for installation and has reinforced cover plates for the primary springs.
The additionally available primary pinions are an ideal addition for adapting the engine to a different race track or modified components. This allows the reduction ratio of the existing primary kit to be lengthened or shortened over a wide range.
