They offer a huge saving of time and money and are indistinguishable from the original in comparison to a manual reproduction.
Manufactured on new press moulds, the well fitting plates are 1:1 to the original.
The side parts are made of 1mm thin sheet metal and are stored in our warehouse treated with anti-corrosion grease. So they can be processed immediately by mere degreasing.

TIP: For complete degreasing we recommend our brake cleaner. The overlapping sheets can be pre-treated with our Rednox rust stop primer before welding. For later cavity sealing, use our Timemax cavity grease or the easier to apply fluid film.
