Pinasco VRH cylinder head with central plug for 177 cc

The VRH cylinder head from Pinasco is not only the ideal addition to the 177 cc cylinder kits from the same company. With its central plug layout similar to the Vespa T5 cylinder, it ensures optimum and ring-free combustion. The layout ensures more symmetrical flow conditions and more power at a lower temperature, which is very beneficial for air-cooled two-strokes.

The thick material thickness means it can be easily machined for other racing cylinders from Polini, Parmakit, etc. or in conjunction with long-stroke shaft conversions. The material composition and workmanship are of the highest standard for a long service life and thermal stability. The cylinder cover must be modified for the spark plug hole. Always tighten cylinder head nuts crosswise in stages, preferably using a torque wrench with 1.8-max. 2.2 kgm.
