Crankshaft FABBRI RACING for Vespa Smallframe PV, ET3, PK and V50/PK50 for conversion to 125cc

Very high quality racing crankshaft from Fabbri Racing. Suitable for all Vespa smallframe engines from about 1968. The crankshaft is suitable as an extremely solid basis for high-performance smallframe tuning on rotary valve basis (mixture intake is still controlled by the crankshaft). The shaft has the stroke (51mm) suitable for all cylinders from 125cc. It also fits the housings of the 50/80cc vehicles, allowing the installation of cylinders from 125cc. The cone of the alternator stub corresponds to the latest modern construction and allows/needs the use of a pole wheel/alternator of the PK XL models (or a corresponding conversion ignition based on the Ø20 or Ø24mm cone).

The Fabbri Racing crankshaft is identical to a stock 125cc crankshaft in terms of stroke/spline length. However, the intake angle has been significantly lengthened and thus offers a lot of time cross-section at the intake. Thus, despite the small inlet window in the engine housing, carburetors larger than 25mm cross-section can be used. A widening of the inlet window is however obligatory for performance-hungry.

The possible high performance as well as speeds can be called up thanks to the excellent material quality of the crankshaft also permanently.
In conjunction with the high quality CNC connecting rod from Primatist, continuous power is also possible well above 25hp without any problems.

Another special feature is the 6204 ball bearing used on both sides.

  • Stroke: 51mm (like 125cc series)

  • Connecting rod: CNC from Primatist

  • Connecting rod length: 97mm (like 125cc series)

  • High quality crank pin and roller bearing

  • Cone: blunt/large

  • Oil seal seat: Ø20mm

CONCLUSION: Very durable race shaft for rotary valve engines at a fair price
