Polini 152cc cylinder for Vespa T5 125cc

The 152cc Polini cylinder made of cast iron is the perfect companion for everyday use. It can be ridden with the original cylinder head. The only necessary modification to the engine is to replace the original main jet with a size 125. After that you can enjoy the usual reliability of the T5, only everything is much more powerful and nicer to ride. The cylinder delivers 13.7 hp at 6500 rpm (16.5 Nm at 4850 rpm) on an otherwise completely original engine with original exhaust.

With a clutch pinion with 22 teeth (original 20 teeth), it achieves a top speed of approx. 110 km/h. Fuel consumption in this configuration averages approx. 4.5 liters per 100 km. The cylinder is absolutely full throttle and impresses with its low-vibration running and strong mid-range revs
