DEXTER RACING Sport Production - Exhaust Vespa Smallframe 100-144 cm³

Sporty resonance system for powerful Vespa smallframe engines in the 100 to 144 cm³ range. Designed for cylinders with 54/56 mm and 60-62 mm exhaust stud spacing, for example Quattrini M1L or Italkast GRV. Early, powerful use from the lower engine speed range, clean revving up to high engine speeds - roadworthy power delivery with a throaty, clearly defined sound.

Fitting instructions for Sport Production

Align plug connection without tension, clean sealing surfaces carefully
After installation, check freedom of movement of engine and exhaust (spring travel, side cover)
PK/HP/FL2/ETS: cut or completely remove the inner partition under the left-hand hood
Short fourth gear is recommended to keep the connection in the upper speed range

Yes, the Sport Production is designed for 3.50-10. In the case of special rims, wider rims or other tire sizes, the clearance should be checked in the deflected state.
Special and Vespa 50: no cutting required. For PK/HP/FL2/ETS, the left inner partition wall must be removed or cut out. On ET3/Primavera, the glove compartment may come into conflict, check clearance carefully before the first test ride.
