This hand-welded Polini high-performance exhaust was specially developed for the 84cc and 94cc cylinder kit of the BIG EVOLUTION series from Polini. In conjunction with this exhaust, the magical 30 hp is within reach!

The flange has a 3-point screw connection and is double spring-loaded. This means that the connection to the cylinder is always 100% tight and full power is always available. The tailpipe to the silencer is also spring-loaded. All connections are hard-soldered, as is usual in racing, and the gold-colored solder makes the high quality of the entire system stand out even more. The black anodized rear silencer, which features an engraved Polini BigEvolution logo and is held in place by an extra-wide stainless steel clamp, is particularly elegant. The exhaust body with its fine weld seams is mounted on the engine by a sturdy, double rubber-mounted bracket made of cast aluminum.

Installation in conjunction with the Polini TORSEN WD rear wheel support is possible without any problems.
