The chrome-plated shock absorber is designed for classic chassis and brings more composure to the chassis: clean guidance when leaning, less resonance on undulating surfaces and a more direct steering feel on the brakes and front end - without losing the typical period look.

Clean and preserve chrome surfaces regularly. After winter or rainy rides, rinse, dry and seal with suitable wax/oil.

The shock absorber replaces the standard part at the original mounting points. Fit the screw connections without tension and tighten to the torques specified in the workshop manual. Check bearing/silent elements and replace if necessary.
