For repairing threads that cannot be salvaged any other way.

5 x 0.8 mm inner diameter

Can be used as a universal repair kit or is particularly suitable for: 

• Lambretta fan housing with M5 thread
• Lambretta horn housings with M5 threads

Application:
The old thread is drilled out and a new 7 mm thread is cut. 
First, screw an M5 nut onto an M4 screw, followed by the threaded insert.
Lock the nut against the M5 screw, then screw the threaded insert into the M7 thread using threadlocker.
