Repair plates are a blessing for a comprehensive and thorough restoration of a Vespa. They save a huge amount of time and money and are indistinguishable from the original compared to a manual reproduction. Manufactured on new press molds, the well-fitting plates are a 1:1 match for the original.

The side panels are made from 1 mm sheet metal and are stored in our warehouse treated with anti-corrosion grease. This means they can be processed immediately by simply degreasing them.

Tip: We recommend our brake cleanerfor complete degreasing. The overlapping sheets can be pre-treated with our Rednox rust-stop primer before welding. For subsequent cavity sealing, use our Timemax cavity grease or the easier-to-apply Fluid Film
