BGM PRO silent rubbers made of polyurethane. Significantly stiffer than the original rubbers, they reduce self-movement to a minimum. This makes damping more defined and precise. The vehicle feels noticeably firmer, and the shocks respond more quickly.
The set contains the two rubbers for the front shock absorber. The rubbers sit on the shock absorber and are mounted above and below the bolted metal mounting plate of the front fork. They replace the original silent rubbers 1:1 without any modifications.
INSTALLATION
The larger rubber is first pushed onto the upper end of the shock absorber. The smaller rubber sits in/on the mounting plate. The included large washer is then placed on top of it and fixed with a lock washer and nut. Torque for the upper nut: 30–40 Nm.
Simply replace the original rubbers with the BGM PRO ones – done.
NOTE: BGM PRO rubbers are significantly stiffer than the originals, but softer than those from Clauss Studio.
