After 600 km on the road: The Scooter Center team takes the Jogja Scooter Parade by storm!

Together with our SC Collective Journey team, the action at the Jogja Scooter Parade really kicked off!

Our booth quickly became the absolute center of attention at the show, drawing everyone’s eyes.



The reason? Two very special highlight scooters:

1. Mr. Choky’s restored Lambretta (Lambro Workshop)

A truly one-of-a-kind piece! The Lambretta not only shone with its flawless appearance but was also packed with bgm PRO high-end components —such as the high-performance shock absorbers and our bgm ignition system. Even though some engine parts weren’t immediately visible at first glance, they passed the toughest test of all with flying colors—Indonesian country roads!

2. Our Vespa Primavera “Dropbar” Custom Build

As our second highlight, we presented a Vespa Primavera that we customized using the Moto Nostra drop bars and the distinctive rectangular headlight! The scooter was equipped with the best parts from Moto Nostra and bgm PRO

The Big Auction: An All-Out Bidding War!

This custom-built Vespa was the highlight of the event auction. The starting bid was 40 million Indonesian rupiah (IDR). After 30 minutes of suspense and intense bidding, the hammer finally fell at an incredible 77 million IDR (equivalent to approximately 4,350 € )!

Pure Passion, Racing & Culture

The Jogja Scooter Parade was a resounding success across the board. Vespa culture and music blended together perfectly here! We took the opportunity to connect with many of our existing dealers, meet new distributors, and reunite with old friends from the Indonesian scene.

The program was packed with highlights:

• Fun Race & Slow Race: A ton of fun with plenty of obstacles! Of course, we also competed in the Slow Race —though Alex was simply “too fast for slow riding.” Ferdi did an excellent job and made it all the way to the preliminary rounds!

• Dyno Test: Ferdi took the opportunity to test one of the engines on the dyno right there on site.
