Application:
The old thread is drilled out and a new 6 mm thread is cut. 
First, screw an M4 nut onto an M4 screw, followed by the threaded bushing.
Lock the nut against the M4 screw, then screw the threaded insert into the M6 thread using threadlocker.
Done!
