The alternator has a modified coil wiring and produces a high voltage already at low revs. As a result, a bright stable light is already present at idle. This has a larger alternator cone, recognizable by the M12 thread of the pole wheel nut as well as the oil seal with 20x32x7mm (PK XL) or 24x35x7mm (PK ETS). The stronger dimensioned stub is useful for tuning with 125cc and more on the V50/PV/ET3 models (the stub can no longer tear off). To install a crankshaft of the PK models in the older V50/PV/ET3 models the pole wheel of the PK models is also needed. This set offers the basis to raise an old engine both mechanically and electronically to a contemporary level.
