Vespa racing exhaust PX Newline
The Newline systems work both with unmachined Malossi 210 Sport cylinders with short timing (from approx. 178°/25° advance) and with powerful Malossi MHR cylinder kits with large cross-sections (up to approx. 192°/31° advance) - here power values of over 30 HP are possible without any problems with still broadband power development with the corresponding overall setup.
Also on plugged Quattrini M232/M244 setups the Newline delivers a very everyday suitable characteristic with a lot of torque and a wide powerband.
For all Vespa tuning concepts where everyday and touring suitability are the main focus, we recommend the noise-reduced Newline S or Newline S PLUS systems.
Vespa racing exhaust PX Newline S
S stands for Silent - the revolutionary development in the field of Vespa racing exhaust from Scooter + Service! Externally hardly distinguishable from the normal Newline exhausts, the S models impress with a significantly reduced noise level - with a more than 20 hp PX 200 engine with 28 Keihin PWK carburettor and Malossi cylinder, we achieve the noise levels required by the TÜV (German Technical Inspection Authority) both when stationary and when passing by without any problems, which was previously not achievable with a Sito Plus, SIP Road or other exhaust systems.
This quantum leap is made possible by the multi-walled construction with additional internal insulation made of high-temperature resistant insulation material from the automotive sector.
The power delivery of the S exhaust systems impresses with its early onset and broadband, touring-friendly characteristics - a clear gain for all engines in the class up to 25 HP.
Vespa racing exhaust PX Newline S PLUS
The S PLUS internal insulation is perfectly suited for Vespa tuning concepts up to approx. 23hp rear wheel power.
The noise level of a rotary valve controlled Vespa PX 200 engine with more than 20hp is almost the same as that of an original engine with an S PLUS insulated exhaust - the S PLUS systems perfectly support the torque of the engine even from the lowest revs and make this system the best choice for touring engines.
