MALOSSI carburetor kit with SHB 16/16 for Vespa V50 with 2-hole connection

The Malossi carburetor kit is based on original Dell'Orto components and is therefore not a special Malossi product. The carburetor size 16/16 was originally used on all 50 km/h Vespa V50s.

Some models with throttle control (e.g. 40 km/h) use a carburetor with only 10 mm passage. With this kit, the power can be increased accordingly. The passage is also ideal for most 75-85cc cylinders.

The kit contains all the parts required for installation. The jetting should be adjusted according to the intended use. The carburetor kits contain: Carburetor, intake manifold, felt ring, cast protection cap (with adapter), clamping ring, clamp, air filter, gasket between intake manifold and engine.

Note: The enclosed aluminum ring with shoulder is intended for installation between the cast protection cap and carburetor. Otherwise, the carburetor cannot be clamped properly and the cast protection cap will break when the fastening clamp is tightened.
