MRB Dellorto PHBL 25 carburetor kit for Lambretta 125-190 cc
Complete carburetor kit for conversion to the Dellorto PHBL 25 carburetor. Perfect replacement for all old MA or SH or for all tuning applications up to 250cc. The original air filter box can be retained. To achieve maximum performance, you can use a so-called remote filter system. The original intake hose is retained and supplemented with a Ramair filter. The carburetor can be tuned much better. The engine runs across the entire rev range as if there was suddenly fabric softener in the tank. Thanks to the 180° throttle cable guide supplied, the original throttle cable fits. You only have to change the inner cable.

This
carburetor kit for
Lambretta engines with the small engine housing of the 125-190cc class is ideal for all Lambretta riders who want or need to convert from the
simple SH carburetor to the
more modern PHBL Dellorto. Modified exhaust systems, cylinder machining, etc. can quickly push the original SH carburetor with its limited adjustment options to its limits and drive the owner to despair. The
Dellorto 25 PHBL offers a
much wider range of settings. The slot-controlled Lambretta cylinders in particular react very positively to a larger carburetor, and run more reliably and powerfully thanks to the
better internal cooling.
Another advantage of this kit is that it can be used with the
original air filter, which reduces
noise and does not detract from the
original appearance. In order to achieve the
full air flow, the air intake under the seat should be modified or omitted. The throttle cable should be laid in large radii with as few kinks as possible for smooth operation.
With the practical jet sets and needle set, engines from the original Li125 to extremely souped-up racing cylinders can be jetted simply and easily.
